Lastly.. in the manual (yes i’m RTFM-ing!) on the page about depth of field, there is a cute little graphic that shows a penguin eating an popsicle. Seeee, this camera and I were meant to be.

Nothing fancy.. just walkin’ around and trying out different settings.

Great big hugs to those (several mentioned above) who shelled out the mondo cashola for the Best. Gift. Ever. It was very unexpected and I think I’m still at a loss for the right words. Just amazed…
