I follow a bunch of people, companies, and news media on Twitter. One of the best pieces of advice for companies and news media (etc) when diving into the Twitter-world is to be personable. For media, yes, headlines/links to articles(or videos) are great and that is what people are ultimately looking for, but at the same time, have some fun.
