Back from home! My holiday weekend has been pretty good. Thursday I went to my uncle’s house and did the whole Thanksgiving thing. It felt really good to see my family.. for awhile there I felt like one of those long-lost cousins (niece/grandaughter,etc) that only come around once and awhile. Oh wait.. I kind of am. Abby, my littlest cousin (shes just over a year old now) is HUGE! She’s already walking! I just couldn’t believe my eyes. Dang, kids grow fast. So she warmed up to me and didn’t mind playing with me or letting me hold her — that felt really good. I don’t want her to not know me. Or any of my other cousins for that matter.

So after the dinner we visited my grandfather in the hospital.. I really hope he goes home soon. He’s been in there almost a whole month now (minus like a 3-day period where they thought he was ok enough to be at home).

The other half of my weekend consisted of construction of art projects #3. A giant pair of glasses. I took pictures of it (what I have done so far) … buuuut.. my camera is downstairs and i’m too lazy to go and get it right now. So yah, you’ll just have to sit on the edge of your seats for an idea of what it looks like.

Did a little shopping, but it was all for ME!! Memememe! Hee.. No not greedy. Just… um……… So I got some clothes, thats always fun. Tomorrow I’m going shopping with Shannon, so that should be fun too!
