Silicon Valley Roller Girls!

Last night was an AWESOME roller derby game. You missed out. You should have gone. You’ll go next time, I know.

Check out my “motion” shots (heh) — next time I’m bringing more lens and equipment and picking a better spot to sit (so I don’t have to stand up in front of people or stand in the wrong area and be told to move, hehe oops.)

    I love derby. Add that to my current, quite long list of things to miss about the U.S. I’ll just have to get my fix at a bout when I’m back in September, unless I can convince the gals out here to give it a try. Angry German fraus on skates – I could be on to something :D

    Great pics, by the way! My derby pictures were always useless because by the time I saw something good to snap, they were either already past me or sitting on my lap.
